Summer is here. Time to find things to keep yourselves busy.
In between ballgames and visits to the pool, make sure to find some time to
read. READ?! Over the summer? YES! Reading is a skill just like playing a sport
or musical instrument—if you don’t practice, you won’t get better. That is
where Summer Reading Club at the St. Louis County Library comes in. If you read
just a little bit over the summer, you can earn some great prizes. And guess
what! We have summer reading clubs for all ages: Babies, Kids, Teens and
Adults. So everyone in the family can join in the fun.
Don’t forget to check our Events page or our events brochure
for some great programs this summer too. We will have performers, movie nights,
craft programs and more, so there is something for everyone.
